The seven questions
1. What exactly is included and what isn't? Ask for the full list of categories (hotels, flights, cruises, cars, tours) and their conditions.
2. How much does it cost in total and when is it paid? Price, fees, term and renewal should be in one document.
3. How do I cancel? The cancellation policy must be clear and in writing before you sign.
4. Which networks or providers does the company work with? And if it mentions affiliations, it should be able to back them up.
5. How long has the company been operating? Track record can be verified.
6. Who takes care of me after I sign? An advisor with a name and a real contact channel.
7. Can I think about it? If the answer is 'only today', that is your answer.
